The sole owner and manager of the accounting and consulting company "Stan Consulting BG" Ltd. is Stanislav Zhekov. He holds a degree in Economics. In 2013, he graduated with honors from the University of Economics – Varna, obtaining a Master's degree in "Accounting and Financial Control."

Currently, he is a PhD candidate, preparing a doctoral dissertation in the field of direct income taxation. The aim of his academic work is to conduct a scientific econometric study on the effectiveness and social impact of the implementation of proportional taxation (also known as the flat tax) in Bulgaria.

He is the author of scientific publications in the field of financial and economic control. Stanislav Zhekov has presented reports at the scientific conference "Current Issues of Security" held at the National Military University "Vasil Levski," on the topic: "Internal Control in the Field of Security and Defense – Specifics and Features," as well as at the Seventh International Scientific Conference held on May 29–30, 2014, on the topic: "Business Process Modeling: Approaches, Tools, and Opportunities."

He has over 10 years of experience in the field of accounting, taxation, tax planning, and optimization.

He has held the position of Senior Tax Consultant and has managerial experience as a team leader of operational accountants, being responsible for the accounting and tax services of more than 60 foreign and domestic legal and natural persons simultaneously.

As of January 1, 2025, pursuant to Article 401, paragraph 1 of the Judiciary Act, Stanislav Zhekov has been included in the list of tax and accounting experts in Sofia City Court.
